Hey, I’m Emi. I remember DAYDREAMING a little over two years ago about building a salon up north that was welcoming and full of kind, hard working stylists.
I remember feeling sad every time one of my assistants had finished their assisting program with me and was ready to move on to a salon and I didn’t have a place to offer them a chair. I watched them struggle to find their salon home and I hated that it was so hard to find a great place to work. Then it hit me- why can’t I do that for them? That’s when I decided it was time for growth, and made my daydream a REALITY.
